1xlite Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 1xlite (operated at 1xlite.lat), you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the 1xlite Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 1xlite platform. 1xlite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a 1xlite account and to use any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is established by Philippine law and regulations governing online gambling, including applicable PAGCOR framework guidelines. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 1xlite platform or any affiliated platform.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for the benefit of, any third party.
6. You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

1xlite reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant with these criteria without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 1xlite platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is mandatory before 1xlite will process any withdrawal request. Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, valid passport, and driver's licence issued by the LTO. 1xlite may request additional documentation to verify your source of funds or address as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify 1xlite support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. 1xlite accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1xlite are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay.

1xlite does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where technically possible (return-to-source policy).
• Any active bonus funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• 1xlite reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 hours, subject to banking system availability.

1xlite is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or force majeure events.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1xlite offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published in the Promotions section of the 1xlite platform and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General provisions applicable to all 1xlite promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Free spins are allocated to specified games only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be claimed in combination with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the promotional terms.
• 1xlite reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinated play to artificially meet wagering requirements — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and over only.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games on the 1xlite platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All 1xlite games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from independently audited third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, and Microgaming. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as certified by the respective game developers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, 1xlite reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed in that round. 1xlite shall not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the value of the wager placed in the affected round.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game type, VIP status, and other factors, and are displayed within each game or betting interface before any wager is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xlite platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (including under different identities or using different devices or IP addresses).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or financial information during registration or KYC.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated play in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any such gains are considered invalid and will be reclaimed.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 1xlite for any form of money laundering.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 1xlite staff or other players.
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xlite platform — including but not limited to the 1xlite brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the proprietary property of 1xlite or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1xlite platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 1xlite content without prior written authorisation from 1xlite management.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xlite's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1xlite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

1xlite does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect service availability. 1xlite will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

10. Responsible Gaming

1xlite is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

1xlite reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account closure for cause, 1xlite reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no Terms breach is identified, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Amendments to These Terms

1xlite reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where required by applicable regulations, 1xlite may provide advance notice of changes via email to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the 1xlite platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1xlite platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 1xlite. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority as applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
